No - Step One guides you through a business idea creation framework, but even if you've already got something in mind, there's a 10 Step checklist you can use to validate your idea and make sure it's worth pursuing.
Is this for beginners only?
Pretty much - while we do spend some time discussing margins and scalability (which applies to existing businesses), if you've already got something set up, I probably wouldn't recommend this one to you (you might benefit more from our Ad Playbook).
Can anyone start an ecommerce business?
If you've got creativity, work ethic, and discipline, then yes! You don't need a million dollars to launch a product anymore, and you don't need to be a technical genius. Step One discusses the easiest and cheapest ways to get a business started.
